Our team is made up of three board certified providers (Dr. Kent, APRN Franzen and APRN Battle) that combine for nearly 20 years of service to Iowa and Nebraska.

All providers have experience with inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry and as ER consultants.  Dr. Kent has also been a  clinical preceptor and consult and liaison physician.

Do you accept insurance?

YES

We do not accept medicaid or medicare.


For current out of network claims: The patient is able to independently submit a claim to their insurance to request reimbursement.


KPS requires a credit card to be kept on file to allow for easy payment, copays, balances, missed appointments or late cancellation. Your card will be charged at the time of service.


How do I get labs and medicaitons?

Medications will be electronically prescribed to your pharmacy. Please contact your pharmacy for all refill requests.

Lab orders will be sent to a lab of the patients choice and results will be uploaded to your patient account.

Can I have my appointment in person?

In rare situations, yes.  Please ask your provider directly in order to consider in person visits. The vast majority of appointments are telehealth through our secure and HIPAA compliant Tebra patient portal.


In person appointments are available and occur at our office located at 12020 Shamrock Plz Ste 200 in Omaha Nebraska or 309 Court Avenue Suite 200 in Des Moines, Iowa.
